You’ve Booked, Great!
Now Take Action!
So you’ve booked a show for your club or fund raising. You want people to buy tickets and come along. This requires action from you and the sooner you get started the better your results will be.
People will come because they know others who are coming. More people booked makes it easier to get even more people to come along.
Here’s some simple easy information that will help you get off to a flying start.
organised and posted up around your venue and the area ASAP. There’s a downloads link at the bootom of this page which will allow you to download heaps of posters, images and ticket stock.
The sooner you get started and raise awareness the better.
Start selling tickets 5 - 6 weeks out
from the event.
Make sure everyone in your club knows
that tickets are available and where to get them from if people ask. I am amazed how often I am setting up equipment at a venue and the staff ask me if there is going to be a show? How can the staff not know?
Because no-one told them.
I always wonder how many extra people were turned away because the person they first approached had not been told about the show?
We have had nothing but amazing feedback since Gerard V performed at Saint Patrick’s College. The show was extremely professional, thoroughly enjoyable and the audience left wanting more!
