It’s a challenge. The comfort of sleeping with your partner is wonderful, and often worth sacrificing a little sleep for. But how much sacrifice is too much, and what do you do when you reach that point?
The correct answer to this is to find something that works for both of you, and not to worry too much about convention. Separate beds, and separate rooms are ok, as are ear plugs, or a huge bed where you can maintain “minimum safe distance” from a twitchy sleeping partner. Be creative.
