This is how you can easily go about hiring Gerard V .
The process only takes about 30 minutes but you'll usually need a couple of days to complete it as there's a few emails needed. The main thing is to check the calendar for when it will be a good time to have your event

Preparation
1 Choose a Date or a Range of Dates
Get out your calendar and decide when you want to have your event. You might have a specific date in mind, or just a general indication (e.g "in May").
